ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A Rensselaerville man has been arrested following a domestic dispute. Bruce Apjohn, 36, is facing multiple charges from the incident. Get the latest, news, weather, sports and community events delivered right to your inbox! On May 25, the Albany County Sheriff’s Office received a complaint from a victim of domestic violence. They stated that they had sustained injuries from Apjohn during a physical altercation inside a home in Rensselaerville. The victim said that during the conflict, Apjohn made verbal threats to kill the victim while holding a switchblade knife to their throat, before strangling them to the point of unconsciousness. Apjohn then fled the scene, and an arrest warrant was issued. Police investigating Schenectady homicide On May 27, Apjohn was apprehended in Greene County and placed into custody. ST. LOUIS - A man was found dead in a river near downtown St. Louis Saturday evening. Officers got the call around 5:40 p.m. about a body that was found in a river, entangled on the boat dock wire located at the River Boat Cruises, on 50 South Leonor K Sullivan Boulevard. Both the Marine Unit Task Force and EMS responded to the scene, where a man was found face down and unresponsive. Crews continue putting out Saturday night warehouse fire hotspots The victim was pronounced dead, but no signs of trauma were shown. This is an active investigation. (CNN) — Multiple people were shot and at least three people were killed at a motorcycle rally in Red River, New Mexico, on Saturday, according to local officials.Five people were injured, Red River Mayor Linda Calhoun told CNN. One of those injured was airlifted to a hospital in Denver, New Mexico State Police said.All those involved in the shooting are in police custody, said the mayor, according to CNN affiliate KOAT. (KRON) -- A man was arrested after he allegedly brandished a knife at a family walking on the Joe Rodota Trail in Santa Rosa on Saturday, according to the Santa Rosa Police Department. (KRON) -- An employee at local cemetery was arrested after he allegedly fired a gun while on the job Saturday morning, the Santa Rosa Police Department said. Man arrested after alleged assault on Santa Rosa hiking trail SRPD officers were called to the scene at Franklin Cemetery around 7:12 a.m., where officers found a 9 mm shell casing. The victim told police he was on his cell phone when a man approached him on a bike in what appeared to be a blue work uniform. Police later identified the employee as Alejandro Guerrero-Barragan, 29, of Santa Rosa. Police say Guerrero-Barragan told the victim to leave and complained about "people yelling on his property." That's when Guerrero-Barragan pulled a gun out and pointed it at the victim while demanding that he leave the premises, police said.
