(NewsNation) — Consumers who have purchased 5in1 Rocker Bassinets are being warned to stop using the products because they pose a danger to infants, and the company responsible for distributing the product is not cooperating with a U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission recall. The bassinets do not meet the safety requirements of the CPSC's Infant Sleep Products Rule, which regulates sleep products for infants up to 5 months old. The bassinets pose a risk of suffocation to infants as well as pose a fall hazard.The bassinets do not include required markings, labeling and instructions and also do not have a tracking label on the package that contains required information like the date of manufacture.The 51in1 Rocker Bgassinets were sold online at Walmart.com and other websites. MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) — A Tennessee judge said Friday she is ending a conservatorship agreement between former NFL player Michael Oher and a Memphis couple who took him in when he was in high school, but the highly-publicized dispute over financial issues will continue.Shelby County Probate Court Judge Kathleen Gomes said she is terminating the agreement reached in 2004 that allowed Sean and Leigh Anne Tuohy to control Oher’s finances. Oher signed the agreement when he was 18 and living with the couple as he was being recruited by colleges as a star high school football player. Their story is the subject of the film "The Blind Side, which earned Sandra Bullock an Oscar.Gomes said she was not dismissing the case. Bally Sports North, the regional sports network that owns the broadcasting rights to Wild games, has told its 12 NHL and 15 NBA teams it needs to reduce its rights fees payments in order avoid liquidation.That’s according to a report by the New York Post, which also reported that struggling Bally owner Diamond Sports Group has reached a tentative one-year agreement with Comcast — the largest cable provider in the Twin Cities — and DirecTV to include Bally Sports in its lineup next year.A source told the Pioneer Press that Bally would like to reduce its payments by as much as 33 percent for some teams. ST. LOUIS - Three teenagers face criminal charges in a south St. Louis murder that stemmed from an attempted robbery earlier this week. Prosecutors have two 17-year-olds and one 16-year-old in connection with the investigation, though police have not released their identities. The teenagers are charged with second-degree murder, first-degree attempted robbery and first-degree assault. On Friday, September 29, 2023, the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office issued charges against suspect Trevor White, 41. White is being held on $100,000 cash-only bond.On or about September 28, 2023, the White texted with a person he believed to be a child under the age of 15. White asked the child to send him nude pictures of herself. He then asked if he could pick the child up, so they could engage in sexual activity together.
